Illustration Friday: Deja Vu

I once came across a documentary film about the idea of a parallel universe --- I'm pretty sure it is a film and not an idea gained from watching Big Bang Theory (although it can very well be brought up in an episode). But it led me thinking about a possible connection between this idea and of deja vu?
I have not really done any research on either. And the idea of reincarnation if at all possible, seems closer of a tie to the weird "this has happened before" state of being. And a more scientific approach regarding those parts of the brain that houses memory functions probably would provide a better explanation than the parallel universe angle. However, it still got me thinking.
If I remember correctly, the documentary film posits that the world is so vast that to conclude that there is only one universe is limited thinking. I am a bit vague on the details, but I remember the film portraying the idea of somebody's life being different in another universe. And I remember asking myself how can I possibly exist in another universe (the film may have answered this question, though the answer now escapes me). It is this particular idea that I can exist in another universe, makes me think then than possibly there may be an overlap of some sort happening between events in this universe and on the other? That there is some sort of a connection? And thus the deja vu?
Ah just thinking out loud here... But one cannot deny just how weird that feeling is of having a deja vu. Like a fluke in the universe has just happened.

Illustration Friday: Resolutions

While it is easy to make a resolution, it is harder to keep them. But that is what the whole year is for. You have 365 days in a year to move from point A to your goal of point B. Good luck to us.
